Reverend Irena Lerman is certified Reiki master, hypnosis practitioner, herbalist, nutritionist, and apitherapist. Born in Czechoslovakia, Irena’s list of training includes University of New York in Prague CZ, Operating room assistant Hospital Jihlava CZ, Praha-Psychoterapie CZ, Massage Therapist Brno CZ, Raxalaj –Mayan Folk Medicine Mexico, and Dhammadica Vipassana meditation Japan.
Although the healing modalities she pursues are rooted in knowledge of eastern European ancient and modern healers, they overlap with other cultures. Irena’s training includes teachings of B. Kafka (Czech spiritist and researcher, author of "New principles of experimental psychology"), MUDr. J. Jonas (Czech electroacupuncturist and specialist in systematic detoxification), and Dr. V. Terc- descendant of Czech physician Phillip Terc (the founder of modern Apitherapy). The Apitherapy incorporates understanding of: a) external and internal causes and signs of health disruption, b) nerve fibers network, c) cells’ structural and biological function, d) immune, hormonal, endocrine, and lymph system operation, e) pathogenicity of parasites, viruses, and bacteria.
We talk about what the 3D, 4D, 5D and beyond are and how to deal with each in our human bodies. In order to make it easier we can add practical tools into our everyday life, like color therapy, getting into nature and remembering nature is all around us, inside us and is actually inside our homes too! Like our organic cotton sheets and blankets made of natural materials, wood furniture and floors, and the air we breathe:)
Taking this divine embodiment slowly and consciously are key to whole healthy integration.
We talk about the concept of “gentle resilience.” Resilience allows us to be more open, respond harmoniously to any situation. Also gratitude is a key to our harmony and peace. Seeing all people and events as an opportunity to practice these techniques really open our Beings to miraculous harmony in ways our old selves could never imagine!
