we covered deep seated patterns solidified as children and how those conditioned reactions or responses translate through our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies. We look at different tools we can use to alchemize negative non beneficial stories into beautiful healing transformative methods. We look at healing the inner child wounds in order to live a harmonious, full, connected human Being experience in this natural world we are born into.
Many are desperate to find peace, love, belonging, balance and harmony and ultimately “God” and until we realize all that we seek externally is already inside our Beings RIGHT NOW! This realization is the zero point for any Being and our task on this earth in these bodies is to fully embody that Divinity and freely give and express from that Divine space.

...Here are some things that helped me on my journey: mentors, shamanism, yoga, workshops, books, music, conscious dance, art, nature, connecting with angels, galactic beings, oracle cards, journaling, deep breathing, astrology, chakras work, crystals, affirmations, meditation, light language sacred gift (that came to me at the beginning of 2020) and more.
Even with the tools, the power is within and the work needs to be done. There is no bypassing. It is about finding God in our cells, deconditioning of mental patterns and programs (we are biocomputers), balancing spirituality with practicality, masculine and feminine, shadow work, inner child healing. It is about self-love so we can have healthy relationships. It is about learning how to be whole again.

It is about body mind spirit. Seeing the beauty and allowing joy. Feeling. Present moment. Feeling Alive. Connecting with emotions. It is about clearing the grief in order to shine and express the genius. Making space for more light. Shifting from 3 to 5D. Embracing change. Loving the fear. Manifesting consciously. Going deeper. Embodying the higher self. Raising the frequency. Bringing awareness. Allowing synchronicities. Aligning with who we truly are. Clearing the ancestral pain in order to create Heaven on Earth, New Earth.
